Instructions for Presentations
Oral Presenters will have 12 minutes for presentation plus 3 minutes for discussion.
Please bring your presentation on a CD, a DVD or on a memory stick and load it on the conference computer of the Auditorium, before the start of the session.
Please note that the congress computer is supplied with Windows 7 and Office 2010 and therefore your presentation must be compatible with this software. You will not be allowed to use your own laptop computer.
The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 80 cm wide x 120 cm high (if it does not meet these dimensions, you may not be able to present it).
Poster presentations have unique identifying numbers (you may find on the back of your badge) that define poster locations. Poster presentations will be mounted on the walls of the Conference room. Presenters should display posters ONLY on the assigned date.
The first author of each poster abstract is responsible for the proper assembly, mounting, and presentation of his/her poster. The organization of the Conference will provide the necessary material for poster mounting. Presenters will be allowed to begin mounting their posters early in the morning (before oral sessions), during coffee breaks and at lunch time.
Make sure your poster is in place at the poster session of the day in order to be evaluated. There will be one Taylor & Francis Book Awards for the best student poster presentations at the Meeting, in the amount of $200 each.
Posters must be removed at the end of the day, so that the boards may be prepared for the next day.
Attention! After submission, authors will receive a notification from the Organizing Committee to inform that their abstract will be considered in the review process. If you haven’t received this confirmation 1 day after submission, please contact us by e-mail.
Acceptance notification: 17th May 2013
Acceptance notification: All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by Scientific Committee according to the standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding, presenting and abstract submitting authors in May 2013.
Abstracts Withdrawal: If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the presenter resgistration date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the ICOETox 2013 secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org) in writing as soon as possible.
